The High-Pressure Delivery Chain
Biogas is compressed at the production site to high pressures between 200 to 250 bar to pack maximum volume into specialized mobile cascade trucks for efficient transport.
The De-Compressor Unit (DCU) Infrastructure
Industrial factories and boilers cannot handle gas directly at 200–250 bar. We supply proprietary De Compressor Units (DCU) equipped with integrated thermal management systems (heaters) at the factory consumption endpoint. As the gas expands, it undergoes rapid cooling (Joule-Thomson effect); our heating-assisted DCU counteracts freezing risks, safely dropping and stabilizing the pressure to match the exact continuous volumetric flow required by the factory's automated fuel loops.
